Today breakfast was awesome. It contains many others various of vitamins and especially the protein which can easily grab from eggs(can be deep-fried eggs, boiled eggs, eggs mayo^^) ,milk, cheese,bread and meat. Lolx.
The researched has showed that protein is an essential part of every cell in the body and is important in the role cells play in maintaining a healthy immune system, vibrant skin, strong hair and muscle growth. Again protein, more specifically the building blocks of protein called “amino acids,” is an essential component of virtually every cell in the body. The cells of the immune system, skin, hair and muscle all depend on protein for proper functioning and growth. Adequate daily protein intakes range from 50 to 60 grams for women to at least 70 grams for men.
